Human Resources Manager
Lynn Gill is responsible for overseeing all Human Resources related tasks. She is responsible for handling personnel issues, administering benefits, recruitment and onboarding, and orientation. In addition, she also handles management of the performance evaluation process, HR compliance and policies and out-processing. Ms. Gill works closely with Jefferson’s Chief Operating Officer and other members of the Operations Team.
Before joining Jefferson Consulting Group, Ms. Gill worked as a contractor in the Human Capital Development Branch of the Programming and Resources Division, Secretary of the Air Force, International Affairs, Washington, DC for five years. She also worked for over 11 years at the Academy for Educational Development in Washington, DC in various positions in the Human Resources Department. In her last four years at AED, she served as the Associate Director for Corporate Training.
Ms. Gill holds a Bachelor’s of Arts, International Relations, from American University, Washington, DC and holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification.
